Here is my testimonial to my favorite RV dealer, the Ferguson gang.

You all helped make my dreams come true.

As a divorced woman of two children, I was looking to start a fresh new life. I first met a wonderful man. Then after a lot of thought, a travel trailer was my second pursuit in my life voyage. I never thought I could ever afford a new trailer, but I thought it wouldn’t hurt to look around and ask. I researched a lot of places. Ferguson RV World always came to the top of the list. Mark and I nervously walked through the door of Ferguson’s with no hopes or expectations, we talked and met all the staff. They were all very helpful and answered all our questions no matter how stupid we probably sounded, as first time buyers. We then walked out the door, confident that we were ready to purchase a new trailer. I went back the next day, myself, and sat down with Peter and Scott, and told them that of the huge selection of RV’s available a brand new Starcraft Homestead 27 foot travel trailer was our choice. I nervously waited, and then it happened. You really don’t know how much I appreciated hearing those words...

“Congratulations you are the proud owner of a new travel trailer.”

Today I could not be happier. We camp and travel at least 15 times a year. So far we travel as far as Michigan, to New York, to Barrie. We pack, hook the truck on, and go, it’s that easy with this trailer. It’s a home on wheels. The dogs love it too. Now my new trailer is the gathering place at the dog shows we attend. When I get up Sunday morning and have a nice hot shower in my trailer, other people ask, but I tell them if you would call Ferguson’s RV World, you to could own a new RV, and have your own shower.

Hi Scott. How are things?

I'm sure that we can dig up some photos and I have been meaning to write you guys a letter to let you know how happy we have been with the purchase of our 2005 Fleetwood Valor trailer. We had an excellent summer of camping (2006).

From the very first time we set foot on your lot we felt extremely comfortable; something that we never felt at any of the other dealers that we had visited before. Peter took time to show us around without pressuring us at all. He asked what we were looking for and took us right to the trailer we now own. We bought our trailer that day!

What I liked best was that Peter actually let me set it up right there. Having no experience, I was nervous about set up and thought that there was a lot of work involved. When I set it up I realized it was a snap.

When we talked to you (Scott) we were still feeling comfortable. You are extremely knowledgeable and that made us feel comfortable and good about our choice. I wasn't sitting there thinking "what am I signing here". We felt very good about our decision and still feel that way.

Mr. Ferguson even leant us a trailer emulator to ensure that our wiring was functioning properly before we came to pick up the trailer.

Grant was excellent when he did our trailer demo at the shop. He knew that trailer like the back of his hand. He showed me (a complete novice) a lot of helpful tips and tricks.

Dave has been great in parts. He met us near the 401 with our screen room for our trailer. That is going beyond expectations! Thanks to Dave we made it to our campsite on time and with our screen room.

Meagan (in the service dept) has been great to deal with also. She is very knowledgeable and well organized. It is nice to know there will be someone friendly to deal with if you ever require service.

The Fleetwood trailer itself has been excellent. The quality is outstanding. We always get a number of compliments on how nice of a unit it is. We couldn't be more pleased with it.
